The Apartment
The apartment is on the first floor, there is a lift. It has Air conditioning and heating. There is a shared pool in the grounds. It is in the village of Mar de Cristal which has a few shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The next village, Los Belones, which is about a mile away has even more shops and restaurants.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes Electric oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Washing machine, Fridge/Freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has two 3′ single beds pushed together but can be parted if required.
The Mexican bedroom also has two 3′ single beds.
The bathroom has an over the bath shower, vanity unit, toilet and bidet. There are two electric sockets and a hair dryer.
The Dining area has an extending table and four chairs.
The Lounge has a three seater Sofa bed which conceals a 4′6″ fully sprung double bed. There is an armchair, coffee table and a floor standing pine unit housing a digital TV and DVD player.
The Patio has a table and six chairs.
